So far, from my knowledge, HIV medication for Canadian resident/citizen is free, as well as visits to the doctor and treatment/blood tests fees. Is this correct?
I'm asking this because some people say that in order to get drugs, people should have health plans provided by government/provinces. But without those plans, isn't it just FREE, as Canada is one of those nations who provide universal free healthcare to its residents?
I've also found this on the government website as well.

"Under the Canada Health Act, prescription drugs administered in Canadian hospitals are provided at no cost to the patient."
