Is Here Any Body Got Visa in Non-Spp after Refusal in Spp

Hello Friends...

Kindly share with me and others, your experience. Actually i got refusal under SPP. And now i want to re-apply under NON-SPP Program.
If you explain about, Why you got refusal under SPP and also what you did next time so that's why you got visa under NON-SPP.
I will really Appreciate your reply and it will help me and others to get visa under NON-SPP.

I have Done MBA in Distance Mode.....
Got 6 band in Ielts not less then 5.5.....AS L-7,R-6,W-6,S-5.5......
Applied in Mohawk college for IBM Course.....Required band score overall 6 not less then 5.5 which i have....
I transferd my full tution fee and and I have 10 lac Education Loan.....
But i got refusal as VO Not satisfied i will leave Canada after end of my stay.....
In Sub Catregory....Purpose of Visit......
Other Reason-Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more: Your qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilty, or your future prospects and plans....

I also got rejected last Sep twice. First time they reject with only reason, that Representative form was mission, next time (within 7 days)I applied again with the form and again got rejected sayng that, ur grades are low and ur course is not relevant. I have changed my course this time, but I am not sure if I will apply, cos I cannot change my earlier grades though I have got admission is more relevant prog this time. I have 52% in BE and scored 7.5 in IELTS as W 6.5, L 8.5, S 7.5, R 6.5. i guess after goin through ur profile, I can make my mind, if there are any hopes for me or not?

Is grades also affect our profile...
My grades in 10th 49%
12th 50%
Graduation 60%
and
MBA 65%

is it fine or effect my profile.......
