Can an expert please confirm this?

I think harrypal90 meant that the Express Entry system would be launched in Jan 2015.

But come May 2015, people would be able to resume applying for FSW 2015 once the new occupation list is released.

Please correct me if I am wrong, thank you.

There will not be any Occupational List OR Cap Limit.

After Jan-2015 they will launch Express Entry. So, does that mean that they will not process remaining application after that (in FSW) ?

There are different points of views, but we should focus on the CIC website's statements.

as they have mentioned that :


"These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015."


Hence, it is clearly stated that, they will not not accept any application in Federal Skilled Worker Program, when Express Entry will be launched in January 2015.
