Good morning I am planning to apply to the citizenship this year, I wanna start my application these days. I heard people who says that apply by paper (from inside Canada) is faster than apply online (e-certifcate) these days. Is that true? I wanna get the citizenship but I think wait 18-24 months its so much!.
