Is Express entry consider MCA as Professional Degree for NOC Skill Level A ?

Hello Friends,

One of my friend has completed MCA(Regular) and trying to apply in Express Entry. Of course MCA is considered as Professional degree but a bit of doubt in case of Express Entry. He has been working as a Software Engineer in a Company and his NOC code is 2173 which comes under NOC Skill Level A. As the Skill Level A is for Professional jobs, should he submit any document proof to prove his degree as Professional degree?

Please use common sense. From the name itself it's clear that Master in Computer Applications is a professional degree and will certainly qualify for any IT related NOC.
