is employment history relevant for assessing sponsored spouse

Hi all,
Is employment history verified and taken into consideration in assessing sponsored spouse for inland spousal sponsorship? For instance, if there are some inconsistencies in employment information entered in personal history and previous applications, could this be taken into account? Haven't applied yet, just wondering if one has to order notes for previous applications in order to ensure all employment information are consistent. Currently on work permit and planning to submit spousal sponsorship application in a few months.

Good to be honest and provide correct information with IRCC......inconsistencies may cause problems and delays......if you are not sure, good to provide an explanation and if you made any mistake, correct it and don't wait until IRCC contact you about it.
