I am from India

I completed my 3 year degree program in computer science in 2016

My profile is
10th -77 %
12th- 60%
BSC computer science( degree) -60%
With 6 backlogs and I have 1½ of year gap


now I got offer letter from cape Breton University for the course pg diploma in ' electronics and control' for January 2018 intake

Is my visa rejection chance is very high?
