Is Electronic Engineers accepted for Quebec Skilled Worker Program ??

Hi,

I am from Algeria, 25 years old, holder of a bachelor degree in Electronic engineering with more than 2 years of experience in the Industrial Electricity field, I am wondering if I qualify for QSW or not ?

(I've already read the list of eligible occupations 2009 and I couldn't find the recent list)

please anyone can help
