Is ECA required when your highest degree is from Canada?

If your highest degree earned is from a Canadian university, do you still need ECA for your lower level degrees from other countries?

I think the answer to my question is NO as I have created my EE profile and indicated I do not have ECA for my foreign degrees and still got 50 points under CRS - Skill Transferability - Education. But I want to make sure about this based on others' experience.

If you want to get points for it, yes ECA is required for non-Canadian degrees.
