Is ECA report hard copy via mail the same as one from the website?

Unfortunately I have got into a bitter argument with the consultancy I was proceeding with, and have decided to go ahead creating a new profile on my own.

I learnt from Asivad that since I haven't received ITA i could create everything fresh from start.

If in case the consultancy does not give me the ECA report hard copy (Which was mailed to them by WES, as their address was used at the time of profile creation), can I still use the report downloaded from the My account section in WES website for further application steps?

The online report is only a resume of your equivalency.

CIC have access to all the ECA reports online if you applied for an ECA under WES Canada. however you can try to contact WES and explain to them the situation there is a possibility to receive an extra copy by payin 50 CAD extra.

As Ys.bk said, you can try and order a replacement. The PDF version is the exact replica with one difference. The hard copy hasa WES stamp in the bottom while the PDF ddoesn't. The officer will check online anyway via IMM number
