Is dishwasher qualified to apply BC PNP?

Hello everybody,

I took a 2-year co-op program in Hospitality Management at a private college. After finishing the one year studying at school. I have to find a place to work by myself. But I have on work experience in Hospitality industry and my english is not good. It's really hard for me to find a place to work. Finally, I worked as a dishwasher in a restaurant . I know Kitchen Helper is qualified to apply BC PNP, but I not quite sure dishwasher is qualified or not.
By the way, I tried to consult an immigrant consultant. She said if you want to apply BC PNP as Kitchen helper, you could not work in Vancouver. you have to work in the remote cities in BC. Is that ture??

I took my 2-year program in Vancouver. So I only can apply BC PNP, not other provinces's PNP, right?

Maybe the consultand is right because you need to earn a minimum yearly salary in order to live in Vancouver area in order to be economically establish in BC

I don't know aboyr semi-skill worker programs but also you have to pass english test
