Is Director same as Manager ?

Dear All

I am the director of a travel agency. I found one NOC code 0621 that mentions that manager of travel agency is classified under it.

In my reference letter shall i ask boss to put my title as it is, director or should he put manager ?

Responsibilities for both are similar to what the authorities require.

Title doesn't really matter much as long as it is not janitor while duties that of a manager.

Sorry, NOC 0621 is not under the current list for immigration..You may have to look for something else matching..

I applied in August 2004, so at that time I think 0621 was acceptable, can you please confirm ?

If you are Director of company than doesn't manager comes under Director? Title doesn't matter, its the roles and responsibilities that actually matter. Ya your NOC was eligible in 2004 to be applied under.
