Is DEC 2014 FBI PCC still eligible?

congrats to everyone who got ITA recently.

I got ITA yesterday. I applied for an old FBI PCC for FSW2014 and it was issued around Dec. 17th. CIC says on their site that PCC has to be issued within 3 month. The issue is... I applied for another FBI PCC on January 27th. FBI didn't even charge me yet. According to my last year's experience, it took 2 more months for FBI to finally send it to you after they charge the credit card. Last year it took them 3 months in total. And FBI is getting even worse this year.(didn't charge after 2 month) And I only have 60 days to apply with ITA.

Should I just go ahead submit the old one?

We are in the same situation, right down to the December 17 date! My plan is to submit both the old one and a copy of the application for a new one. I suspect that CIC knows the FBI is experiencing huge delays right now - and having to get new PCs every 3 months isn't helping!
