Is covid certificate mandatory for Medical upfront exam?

Hello,
Is covid certificate mandatory for Medical upfront exam? My wife is not vaccinated owing to her pregnancy period during covid (Covid vaccinations were not recommended for pregnant women).
Will the absence of such a covid certificate impact the PR application?
Please confirm.
