is conjugal can automatically changed to spousal after marriage, i been in canada and came back after my work permit expired between that i loved someone and now we are in long distance relationship she is citizen of canada, i am looking to file conjugal on may 2016 because i got two refusals in 2015 for canada(visitor and study) so i thought of conjugal, but in july we will marry each other in india someone told me that it can changed to spousal also if you get married to your conjugal partner later. is that true? if then how it is possible.

please help me out its urgent, thanks.

You won't qualify for conjugal, as there's no reason your partner couldn't have moved to India to marry you there (financial reasons will not count).

You should file for sponsorship AFTER you get married, and do not file as conjugal, it will be an automatic refusal.

I agree with the above.
CIC can change a conjugal application to a spousal one, but they might not, and it will add time to the processing. I suggest you just file the application after you get married. You are marrying in July, so this is only two months later. The application would probably be done more quickly than a conjugal application filed in May anyway.

thanks for the help guys, one more thing i want to know that we are doing love marriage and its really hard in indian culture to agree your parents so their is a only problem in this, my girl friend family is not agree and they will be not in the marriage but my family will be there, its been 16 months in long distance we r together and 6 months we were in canada together....
what you guys say? what we can do to keep our spousal file stronger and easy to get approved. coz this is not about visa its about marriage and being together forever after marriage. help us so we can be together again, thanks again for the replies.
