IS College Lecturer is an eligile occupation for FSW ?

hi everyone, i need your help. my sister wants to apply in FSW category . She is a Lecturer in a College in Biotec departement. So my Question is that , does she fall under the category named university proffesors and lecturers? As the college in which she is employed is affliated from a university.

i read this list already . but it does not specify that will it include college lecturer in the category named universty professors and lecturers.

If you go by the list, then no. College lecturer is this one:
