Is clarification mail for designation changed required?

Hi All,
I got my ITA yesterday morning.
Now i am gathering docs for the post ITA process.
When i had applied for Ontario nomination last Dec 2015, i was still working, i had sent reference letter explaining my positions as Software & Senior Software Engineer with their timelines.

Nov 2006 - 2011 -Software Engg
Nov 2011 - till then - Senior Software Engg

In my prev org, there is no such thing like a formal mailer informing us about our promotions, our managers ask us to change it in internal portal after certain number of years. Reference letter gathered then was the only proof of designations held then.

I resigned mid August 2016, few days before last date, my then lead had asked me to map myself as Module Lead.
My experience letter and relieving letter clearly states my designation at the time of separation as Module Lead.

How do i explain my change in designation to Module Lead ? Will the experience letter and relieving letter alone would suffice?
