Is CIC open?

Hi guys,
I know cuz of Covid government was closed.
Any idea if the CIC is open and working on cases?
we sent family sponsorship in march but didn’t receive any AOR yet.
btw we received PR card renewal.

Sydney seems not processing any apps yet. Its frustrating.

Google search told me it's open now and closes 4 pm

Yes they are open. There were delays due to having to retrofit large offices to accomodate social distancing.
