all they ask you to do is wait or read you information online or tell you you can log in to check status.

being paid to do that is amazing!

the only thing they do is logging your requests.
 
Yes! I would say they should be reassigned, but the agents are too bitter and I wouldn't want them reviewing my application or anyone elses for that matter. Sadly, they've become a huge financial drain and they should just let them all go. This would also help free up some money for Trudeau who looks like he wants to go on a huge spending spree.
 
I called the call centre a few times and they were fairly helpful for simple questions. They clarified a few things and were able look up and confirm status of a few others things. The key thing to remember is that they are just front line support. Their expertise is limited to general information. The problem is people's expectations of them. People go to them for answers to questions they can't get answered in this forum. But if people on this forum can't help, it is likely the call centre reps can't help either. The one thing they can do outside of that is confirm some basic status like ("yes, we received your application on this date", or "yes, your oath ceremony is set for X date and time").
 
I don't know but according to what I read in this forum, people keep calling them every single week and most of the time asking bs.

I have NEVER called as all the information is online.

Maybe he can make a lot of money to Canada from taxing and regulating weed.
