Hi, I am a candidate outside of Canada, I am now applying for my Job Approval Letter for SINP.
My employer got the Certificate of Registration on May this year. However, my employer submitted the Job Approval Letter application just several days ago. my employer told me that the Certificate of Registration is the key to Job Approval Letter. Since we already got the Certificate of Registration. he was sure that he can get the Job Approval Letter for me around September.
is that true that Certificate of Registration is the key to Job Approval Letter?
by the way, is any difference between applying Job Approval Letter inside or outside of Canada?
It is said that Job Approval Letter normally takes 1-2 month, but my employer said it may take more than 3 month because I am not in Canada, is that reasonable?
thank you
