Is canada accepting Visitor Visa applications at this time?

Hi there,
I’m a resident of India, but my sibling is a canadian citizen now.
I want to visit her in the month of November with my spouse.
Not sure whether visitor visa are accepted nowadays(covid situation) or not?
P.S.: My sibling can write me a letter of invitation.

Yes you can apply but you can’t do your biometrics at the moment. You also don’t meet the travel exemption so you currently can’t travel to Canada and there is a good chance these restrictions will be in place for quite some time.
