Is CA certificate mandatory to be produced for visa

Hi all,
I have got a property valuation certificate from an approved valued engineer from India and did not submit any CA certificate , as my consultancy suggested that CA certificate is usually for USA and only valuation certificate is more than enough for Canada , Is it fine in this way or the CA certificate is mandatory..

Please help me on this

I have applied on 23rd may for the visa and its still being processed.

By showing ur property u can agree Visa Officer that u have reason to come back to India

Property valuation certificate is not required (India).
