My friend was recently diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder or Mood Disorder in Canada, Is this is a serious medical problem,he is able to perform his full time work normally,he is physically fit,he was on a student status before and currently he got his provincial nomination from the saskatchewan government,he is about to give his medical examination for federal immigration,is it neccessary to disclose this information on the medical application form or in the other words does the immigration department will pull out his medical history in Canada? Can anyone let me know what to do?
