Hi all,

As BC usually takes the longest, I was wondering — If a person has already studied and worked in Canada and then left for the homecountry for a couple of years and now applying for PR - will the BC take less time, as they must have performed it when issuing the study permit in the first place?

It would be the same. Bgc is comprised of several tests and all have to be performed

Its not necessary...I have seen couple of cases for CEC..they took 6 months for Background check.
