Is B4 for one person or one family when family memebers landing seperately

If B4 is for one family not for one person and principal applicant will land first, then how the following family members declare their goods? they have to use the B4 principal used?

If that is the case, principal has to mail his or her B4 to his or her family members before they land?

Thanks Steaky. I ask this question because I read some posts where mentioned B4 is per family rather than per person. But I didn't find the official link regarding this. So came to the forum to confirm it.
