Hi. I got a job offer as an automotive finance manager at a car dealership and I want to know if it qualifies as skilled work, as I plan to apply for permanent residence after a year. I would appreciate it if anyone has information on the NOC skill level for this job too. Thanks!

The primary responsibilities are to take credit applications, submit them for approval by lenders, prepare documents, promote other products that are beneficial to the customer, and ensure all documents are signed. The title doesn't match the job duties listed for "Finance managers" on the NOC website, so I am confused.

Yes, I agree that is not a match to a manager NOC since you aren't supervising people. You'll need to look through the NOC list to find the closest match. Stay away from NOCs that are manager and supervisor.
