Is Applying for Express Entry through PNP recommended ??

I have a work experience of 3+ years as a full stack software developer in India. I am planning to apply for the Canadian Express Entry program. My CRS score is about 440 and i am thinking to apply through PNP.
I wanted to know what exactly are the drawbacks of applying through PNP (if there are any) . I had read that once a province nominates you , then you have to stay there for at least 2 years. So is it advisable to continue the process and apply through PNP program?

I also wanted to know what is the total time taken to get the PR if one choses to apply through PNP. What is the success rate in this case? Need serious assistance on this as i am stuck with a choice to make.

This is a grey area. You will not find a clear answer regarding this topic I'm afraid, because what may have worked for someone, may cause you trouble down the road.

When you submit an application for provincial nomination, I believe you declare an intention of living there. Changing that intention without a valid reason may lead to consequences because it would count as misinterpretation.

You will notice that the answer is pretty unclear. They're telling you that you can live anywhere, but at the same time, they're "kind of" implying that you should stay in that province because they nominated you based on your skills.

The consequences would probably be determined on a provincial level, while the IRCC is a federal entity. So it becomes a matter of which rule outweighs the other. I personally think that you would be asking for trouble if you do not show any signs of trying to establish a life in the province that nominated you before moving to another.
