Is AoR the same AiP ? Can't apply for BOWP if I say no to AIP?

Hi, I submitted my application last night and got AoR instantly.

Now I want to apply for BOWP. Going through the questionnaire, all the way to the AIP question, which I originally select No to, limits me to just creating TRV,
If I were to choose YES to AIP, I get both TRV and OWP, which is what I expected.

Honestly, how you get there doesn't matter. That questionnaire needs a lot of work. As long as you get to the BOWP application somehow, that's what matters. The questionnaire doesn't go to IRCC, only the application does.
