Is anyone taking IELTS on May 9 in NYC?

I took the test in Chicago on the 9th of May as well, feel could have done better in the writing part. R U from Chicago? any idea if we can get our results earlier than 22nd may as mentioned by the lady during briefing?

Wow u took from Chicago? We might have seen each other? u took general?
Yea I m from chicago.
I dont think we can get results before 22nd. They are not goin to start making results before 22nd I think.

Read from your post that you got one writing assignment exactly from a book .Can you tell me the name of the book, also other materials that u were using.I am preparing for the test maybe after a month or so and am very tensed.Good luck on the results.

I went in person to the chicago center where I took the test and got my results,

Listening - 8.0
Reading - 7.5
Writing - 7.0
Speaking - 8.5
Overall Band - 8.0

Nope. I haven't heard anything from them. It's been around 26 days as my application reached on 1st May. I am hoping to recieve something this week.
