Is anybody else having trouble with status "Update Not submitted"?

I updated my profile and in the end, where should be a "Continue" button that would lead me to the signature, there was just a "Save & exit" button
Now the status says "Updated not submitted"
I waited 24 hours but it didn`t change. Is that a bug or should I withdraw the profile and create a new one?

Login again and make sure you transmit the update. There should be a button there.
