Is any one else in the same situation? Cant extend Bomp without LMIA or AOR

Hi I am stuck in the problem of BOMP expiring in June. And i cannot extend my permit without AOR or LMIA. Wondering if I quit my job and leave Canada till I get an ITV and come back as a PR. Wondering if that will affect my CRS points or online application? Given we can send documents and get medical even from outside of Canada.

Any suggestion will be helpful.
