I am applying for citizenship. One requirement is to have proof of english and among those there is the option to present a certificate from a secondary or post-secondary educational program ....
My question is... I took a full time 3 month course at Kwantlen University in BC that was funded by the government for international health care professionals to learn about communication in the healthcare environment....
For such I was given a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION signed by the UNIVERSITY OF KPU (post-secondary institution) Would such certificate be valid even though it is not a professional certificate such as a bachelors degree?
