Is AEO (employer) should be the same place as intended destination?

Hello,

I just want to ask if the location of the company where an employer will give an AEO to an FSW applicant, should be the same place as the applicant's destination? I mean if I intend to land in Toronto, the company/employer that gave me an AEO should also be located in Toronto? or any other province will do?

Thanks!

I will certainly raise an eyebrow if your company is in Toronto (AEO) and then u state that your destination is Vancouver.

Thanks mandie! I get your point. :)

Follow-up question.

1. Is the job that will be indicated in the AEO should be related to my NOC or work experience?
2. What information should I give to the employer/company about me that will request for my AEO? Do I need to give them my Resume? the list of NOC with relation to my work experiences? My present situation is that my brother who is a Citizen of Canada will try to find me an employer there that is willing to provide me an AEO to help in my FSW application.

Getting a job offer is a prerequisit for Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO)! How can you get a job offer without experience in the first place?
And surely the AEO should correspond with the NOC you are applying for in your FSW2 application. Hope you get my point?

.
Once you get the job offer, the company itself will apply on your behalf. I wont worry about that now as the utmost test is to get the job offer in the first place. Mind you, the job should be in the 29 eligible professions, however it is not affected by the cap

@ mandiebraxton!!!! just a small correction, it is not necessary that the AEO job offer should be in the 29 list of occupation, but it should be a skilled job NOC 0, A.
