IS admission affected because of backlogs

i had 15 backlogs in my bscit .I am looking forward to do advanced diploma in computer .
Will my backlogs affect my adm or visa

is there details of backlogs written on your certificates ?
some universities don't write on certificates

No details .Just on marklist over a cover their is printed year of passing

I had backlogs during my college exam .
First and second year.
Not in university exam of last year.
