Is academic transcript mandatory for getting WES report?

I am not sure how you got with out transcripts, my experience , with out them you wont get WES report. Curios to now what documents you submitted as part of your report. Is your university directly send the documents to WES by an chance ?

Transcript/marksheets are mandatory for ECA.
For China it requires degree certificates and academic transcripts sent to WES by CDGDC (kind of a degree center). CDGDC provides certificate on degree certificates much faster than academic transcripts. WES issued my reports once received the degree certificates certification from CDGDC while the academic transcripts were not ready by then. So I cancelled the verification of transcript with CDGDC and got some refundcanada_CEC2410 said:
