Hi,

I have a question regarding what is a temporary resident visa.
In one of the forms (background form for the applicant), it is asking whether I have ever been refused a TRV to Canada and the fact is that I have been refused an extension of working holiday visa. Should I then answer this question with "yes"?

Thanks in advance for your help!

You still need to answer yes and explain because cic wants u to be up front about ANY visas that u have applied for and not gotten.

It really shouldn't effect your application or anything like that. My husband had applied for 2 TRVs in the past: One he got, the second one he didn't. We had no problems with his PR app. Just make sure you're upfront about it and it won't be a problem.
