I'm filling out a TRV for my mom who lives in Russia. There is a question asking "Have you ever held any government position"? My mom has worked at various departments at a local State University all her life. I'm not sure if it's considered government. It is funded by the government. She was a dean and vice-president at some points, and now working as a professor. Do any of you know if I should answer yes or no to this question? Thank you!
