Is a translation needed if only 2 words are not in English on dual language birth certificate?

Hello,

Will I require a South African dual language (English and Afrikaans) birth certificate to be translated into English for my wife’s Permanent Residence VISA application?
Most of it is in English and Afrikaans except for 2 words that are in Afrikaans only, which are:
Sex: Vroulik
Country of birth: Suid-Afrika

If I need a translation could anyone here recommend a certified Afrikaans translator? I am located in Vancouver and not having much luck finding one.
