Is a improper registered / fake birth certificate grounds for mispresentaton

Am i guility of misrepresentation if my parents did not register me properly in my country of birth? I applied for and was approved for express entry but i am concerened that my pr may be revoked do to mispresentation. during my application ircc did not ask me for a birth certificate or any documents from my home county only the normal things like Ilets, work experince and proof of education which are all valid. My issue is i have come to find out that many years ago my parents didn't document my birth with the with the local municipality in my home country but they did at the national level, The document exists in the system but is not valid. This has led to my home country refusing to issue me a replacement passport or other consular services. does that fact that i was registered improperly mean that in the eyes of ircc/canada all my acomplishments like Work experince, Ilets, and my education are thus invalid since my orginal birth certificate is possibly fake or fraudulently obtained?, Does this mean i potentially misrepresented my Idenity and what consequences can happen if i choose to move forward with landing in canada?

If your birth certificate is deemed to be fraudulent, then yes, that can result in a misrepresentation ban.

If PR has already been approved then you should be fine.
