Is 630 words good for an SOP?

So I have written my SOP/Letter of Explanation for my study permit and checked it and it was about 625 words.
Is that good? Or is it too long or too short?

I have seen an SOP of 4pages and got visa (some might say its too long), but it depends on what you have to explain, and if you feel its strong enough to hit all required relevant points then it shouldn't be something to worry about, as a good SOP should be based on brevity, direct, and short( about 2.5pages) because the VO has no time
