Is 258 words for Task 2 good for 7 or 7.5?

Please advise if writing task 2 with about 258 words is eligible for 7 or 7.5 bands. I have written enough words for writing task 1, so that's good.

One more question. In speaking i did almost well in first and third part but in second part of cue card i stopped for about 15 seconds. Would i be able to score 7 band because that's what I need. Please advise.

Depends on how kind or brutal the examiner was. If you score lower that you think you deserve, you can always apply for remarking and the speaking part will be assessed by a different person who may be less / more kind / brutal than the original assessor. Remarking takes 8 weeks.

The number of words don't give you the score, but you have to write the minimum to get above 6.

Yes you can as long as its not more than 2 years old.
