Irregular WORK HOURS

Hello all,

I am just making this short for everyone to understand so basically I already have 52 weeks of work (mostly full time) with 11 of them not being able to reach 30 hours but missed most of them by 2 hours . I am now with 8 extra weeks set aside (30hr weeks), when calculating does that complete my full time experience? Do they pick hours from my extra hours to fill it in the weeks I couldn't fill up? I wanted to submit my EE profile ASAP incase any french draw happens.

No, you need to have 30+ hours a week to be counted.
Yes I understand the 30hrs/week rule, however I don't think you got my point correctly (or maybe I am the one who doesnt).
To word it differently I currently have 49 full time weeks with

-7 weeks (28hrs/week)
-2 weeks (21hrs/week)
-1 week (14hrs/week)

Does this then make me elligible considering you can also add up part time work to accumulate the hours needed?

Btw thx for the reply!

Hello all,

I just asked a reputable immigration consultant (Kubeir Kamal on his youtube live) and it turns out I am elligible, for the record I said I had:

-49 full time weeks (30hrs/week and more)
-7 part time weeks (28hrs/week)
-1 week (14hrs)

He says the part time weeks are combined and averaged out into full time weeks so in my case however you put it I can get 3 full time weeks and more to reach the 52 FT weeks that are required so am in!

I hope this thread is helpful for someone in the future as I couldnt find anything online with a similar case!
