Ircc withdrew my trv file by mistake, stating that I already have a valid visa

I applied for TRV on 4th August 2024.
I had a study permit till March 2025 but my passport stamp was expired.
Today, on 6th Feb 2025, I got an update on the portal that my application has been withdrawn by IRCC as I already have a valid visa.
I think there might have been an error from ircc side. What do I do ?

What do you mean by your passport stamp was expired. TRVs are typically given in sync with a study permit. When did your TRV expire? On what grounds do you need another TRV if your study permit is expiring in March 2025. Do you qualify for PGWP?

1. I travelled 8 months after I received confirmation of study permit approval because I had to defer due to the fact that IRCC gave me a decision after my classes started. (Jan 2022 to Sept 2022 intake)

2. I had to extend the study permit, because it was expiring in March 2024. I extended it to March 2025.

Then I applied for TRV in August 2024 as I had classes left for the last term. I got a decision in Jan 2025 that I already have a valid visa (which I do not, as my TRV expired in March 2025). I only have a study permit, which wont let me travel back to Canada.

3. I applied for TRV as I had classes left. I applied for TRV because I have to attend convocation and take my belongings back home.

Yes I am eligible for a PGWP.

If I am not eligible for TRV, why didnt they rejected my application, rather than telling me that I hold a valid visa ?
