Same issue since morning. It's either "Proxy server error" or "Bad gateway" or it takes me to the homepage of CIC after login.

If I met the Canadian experience class, why I am not fitting the federal skilled work also? Does anyone have any information?

IRCC did not provide an update regarding this system error so I am not quite sure. Since tomorrow is a holiday, it should be fixed on Tuesday latest.
