IRCC webform query

dear members I submitted IRCC webform 15 days ago in express entry after eAPR but have not received any email confirmation that it has been received by ircc or not. I m really concerned and thinking if I filled wrong application number. shd I fill other webform and

Please wait .. they will respond yo ur email... We raised several tickets with IRCC via webform and they provided ... However they take their SLA...

In case the matter is urgetn , why dont u call IRCC ??
