ircc vs email received

hi
I received an email from ircc to submit my passport to the visa center along with the photos.
i checked my online application, or is indicated that i need to upload new passports.
all passports are valid for two years and already submitted.
anyone with the same case?
is the online is not updated as the application itself.

Are you asking why you received an email from IRCC but didn't have a message in myCIC as well?

I am just confused cz the email received from ircc requests to submit my passports for VFS for the permanent residence visa.

My online application indicates: we need an additional document from the applicant. Passport required

Which contradicts each other

I see.

If you are able to upload your passport electronically- then do that.
And then after that, send your passport to the VFS like they asked.
That way you've done both things.

Otherwise, call the VFS and ask them what they want you to do, if you are in doubt.

Yea it's is the ppr.
It is an email ircc - cpco- final request.

Then I think u should send ur passport to visa center in person or my express delivery!

The email should give clear instructions about how you send your passport copy to them with an address to send it to.
Follow those instructions and all is well.
