I'm posting this on behalf of my close acquaintance.
He has been on Australian TRV work visa since 2016-present.
He is a Bangladeshi citizen by birth.
He graduated from BEng in electrical and electronics from Queen Mary, United Kingdom. Returned to Bangladesh shortly after graduating in November 2013.
He had worked as a Manager of computer and information system of a real estate developer company in Bangladesh for about 2 years. March 2014-April 2016.
He has been working on the profession as a Project Manager of computer systems and I.T. related services in a software firm in Australia from 2017 May.
He will be applying in Express entry program on NOC: 0213 ( Computer and Information System Manager)
His queries are:
When he was making his application for the temporary residence permit for Australia he mentioned on the application form 80 about his employment history after graduation.
On that form the employment period he provided was incorrect as he was still working in the company as manager in Bangladesh after getting the TR visa, but in the form he only showed 8 months, in fact it was about 2 years as mentioned in the official employment letter from the company. He applied in June 2015 and got his visa in July 2015. As the validity for entering Australia was for a year after the approval date, so he went to Australia in 2016 June. He has worked till April 2016. But, in the form he only mentioned about 8 months.
Moreover, he did not gave any official employment letters from the company or any self-made resume to the Australian Immigration Authority when making the application, he had only just mentioned in the section page 20 of the application form 80 of TRV Australia.
Will the IRCC check the application form of Australian TRV and make a refusal on his application.
