I received AOR on Oct 30th. The first few lines in the AOR are in section below.
My question is ---Immediately after receiving the application, does IRCC first checks whether application is complete(Reference to Section 10 below)
If Yes, what is the usual time period during which the completeness check is completed. If certain days have passed beyond AOR, can we safely assume that at least application would not be rejected on grounds of being incomplete. There might be need of additional documents but at least application would not be considered incomplete.
