IRCC Response Time

I had submitted some additional documentation regarding my application through Case Specific Enquiry on Dec 01 2020. I have not received any acknowledgement from IRCC regarding this. Anyone know how much time it is taking IRCC in processing such Case Specific Enquiries? Officially they are supposed to reply in 5 business days.

call and ask if they received the doucoments..

Not been helpful, they keep saying it will be acknowledged and that there is a delay due to COVID-19. If anyone else has submitted and received an acknowledgement, please share timeline.

you have to make sure if they did not ask for docouments they might not add it to your application. That is why it is important you call them infrom that you wnat to upload so they send you an email to upload. i.e they have to upload your application taht you will upload
