Is there a difference between submitting a Visitor Visa application using an IRCC portal and an IRCC secure account? What is the difference between these portals? Experts, could you please explain? Also, is it a guarantee that a decision will be made on the Visitor Visa applications within 30 business days of the submission if the application was submitted after September 7, 2021? @armoured

Currently normal processing time for Indian applications is 70 days, some may get it in less than 30 days but don't have high expectations. If you are applying from some other country, then please check processing times to get fair idea.
